In the decades following the Second Wizarding War, the International Statute of Secrecy has remained the cornerstone of magical law, keeping the wizarding world hidden from Muggle society. Today, that secrecy is under threat. A series of high-profile breaches have sparked global concern. Memory charms are failing, conspiracy theories are spreading, and Muggles are closer to discovering the truth than ever before.

The FCC committee is set in the modern-day Ministry of Magic, where delegates will debate whether to uphold, reform, or repeal the Statute of Secrecy. Delegates will need to navigate ethical dilemmas, international tensions, and internal political divides as they determine the future of magical secrecy.

The Ministry of Magic is designed for delegates of all experience levels. Position papers are not mandatory for this committee, but must be completed in order to be considered for an award.​
