REGISTRATION FEES

The discounted early registration fee of $135 per delegate will be in place until September 1st, and the regular registration fee of $150 per delegate will take effect from September 1st to October 15th.

Please note that independent delegates are welcome, but they must have an adult chaperone present with them while at the conference.

SCHOOL REGISTRATION

Schools may register for VYMUN 2026 using the school registration form. When a school registers, all conference participants, including delegates and chaperones, must attend as part of the same institution. Registration is divided into two phases:

Phase One: Schools register their institution and confirm the number of delegates they will be bringing to VYMUN 2026.
Phase Two: Schools will be contacted in September 2026 to submit individual attendee information and committee preferences.

Each institution is limited to 20 delegates, although additional spots may become available in August. For any questions regarding registration, please contact charge@vymun.org.

WEST POINT GREY ACADEMY REGISTRATION

Registration for West Point Grey Academy students will open in September 2026 and can be found using the separate link to be released later on.
