In the wake of the Screenslaver crisis and the public return of Supers like Elastigirl and Frozone, society stands at a pivotal crossroads. Once adored and later outlawed, Supers remain technically illegal despite growing public support and scattered government leniency. As the world re-evaluates their place, this committee will determine whether Supers should be fully reinstated into public life, regulated under new legal frameworks, or remain restricted to avoid repeating past mistakes.

Delegates will take on the roles of characters from the Incredibles universe to debate complex questions of civil liberty, public safety, and accountability. The committee will also respond to live crisis updates that challenge proposed policies and force real-time decision-making.

This is a crisis committee suitable for delegates of to experience levels. While position papers are not required to participate, they are necessary for award consideration.
