Earlier today, the Russian organisation suspected to be responsible for the theft of spiculum virus vaccines had returned their stolen possessions in detoxified condition. The international community is relieved by this news as many consider the spiculum virus pandemic to be resolved.
Although the stolen goods were retrieved, there is currently no conclusion over who should be responsible for this action, although many suspect the espionage to be an act performed by the Russian government. Furthermore, the whereabouts of the genius researcher is also currently unknown, likely somewhere in the vast lands of Russia. Regardless, international emotions reveal that the terrorist organisation responsible for this act of larceny will most likely receive punishments if caught.
With the cure now available to the public, many delegates propose the immediate distribution of this drug towards the public, with many expecting the pandemic to be resolved. Despite this, it is clear that the world would require further international efforts for it to recover to its pre-pandemic times.
