Spiculumvirus Shakes WHO Organization and Threatens Nuclear War

Saturday October 20th, 2023, 9:26am WHO VYMUN

The World Health Organization abbreviated as WHO was established in 1948, its headquarters being in Geneva, Switzerland. This international operating health authority seeks to provide people all across the globe with better and healthier futures. As a member of the United Nations Development Group, WHO works closely to assist its Member States within the United Nations (UN) with their national health objectives and policies. WHO focuses on providing leadership in health-specific humanitarian endeavours, and collaborates with the UN to ensure a health-focused environment within the UN intergovernmental bodies.

After half of the earth’s permafrost melts as a result of rising temperatures, millions of microbes have been released and are spreading a deadly disease worldwide. Sub-Saharan Africa and Southern Asia have been hit the hardest by this fatal virus. Major Contributors’ reallocation of resources to their military causes further impacts shortages of funding.

An update on the virus occurs, as it has now reached most developing countries, causing severe harm to their economies and healthcare systems. The United States, China, and European countries collaborate with WHO to boost funding. The crisis is eased as contributing countries increase their aid. Even so, over 800 million people are now infected worldwide, and developing this chronic illness.

New Zealand is highly concerned and asks for stringent measures, “Due to the fact that New Zealand is an island country near Antarctica, where a lot of permafrost has been melting recently, we are worried about the spiculumvirus that has recently emerged from this melting permafrost. It has already infected over 800 million people worldwide, and therefore we need to take action immediately. We recommend that all countries implement similar responses to the COVID-19 virus, such as closing borders and quarantining people.”

The Republic of China wants to prioritize its own citizens, “The delegation of the People's Republic of China would like to make clear that we understand the severity of this crisis to developing countries that need funding, however, we would also make clear that at the moment our citizens are the priority for the moment. We are cutting off all funding to foreign delegations.”

A second update arrives informing that fatalities are rising at an alarming rate. To prevent further suffering, global researchers work tirelessly in order to find a cure. WHO emphasizes staying home and cooperation among scientists. Lockdowns to combat the disease are implemented nationwide by governments with limited success.

A third update arrives saying a vaccine has been produced, yet fatalities are still high. For the first time in decades, the global population is declining causing desperate measures to be taken. Sacrificing the future's education in order to save their lives is a result . The mandate to switch to online school programs has been passed. The money that had gone towards school systems has been redirected towards vaccination research.

Serbia claims it’s “an extremely poor country” and states, “We are retracting all of our nurses and doctors within South Africa, South Sudan, and Malaysia. We understand that they were stationed there for a purpose, but we can no longer afford to keep them there as our own citizens are dying and they need to be taken care of. Secondly, we will be following the USA's lead in that all of our citizens will be forced or mandated to have at least two vaccines and a mask when entering public spaces.” After combating COVID-19, similar precautionary measures are being taken as suggested by New Zealand.

Yet another update appears informing the global world leaders at WHO headquarters who have met to address the evolving spiculum virus crisis. The United States, China, and the European Union all agree to cooperate to pledge increased support to WHO, creating a biotechnological alliance. The mission to develop a permanent and universal therapeutic against the virus is in action. The alliance to improve infrastructure for mass vaccination in the hardest hit and poorest countries is secured.

New Zealand states, “This vaccine is good news. Mutations are bad news. We need to continue fighting new strains of the virus despite their protection against our continuing efforts. To create a vaccine, we need to keep researching and cooperating. Not only do we need to work together to create new vaccines, but this doesn't necessarily mean researchers scientists and doctors travelling to other countries. But it does mean them collaborating together. Hopefully, this should speed up the process overall.”

Points raised in the discussion include that the stronger European Countries should help stabilize themselves first, before helping smaller countries. “We can offer no support if we have completely fallen apart and are all infected.” It is also noted that places like London, UK may be nexus points of transmission as many travellers commute through before catching a second flight to a final destination within Europe. Calls are made to “shut down everything immediately.”

Mandatory vaccine mandates and closing borders unless trading passes.

The situation becomes more dire, as Serbia makes a shocking announcement, “South Africa has threatened us with war! Serbia will not tolerate this as they feel highly threatened by South Africa's superior military forces.” This is why Serbia has renegotiated their trade agreement with Malaysia, to now exchange 300 nurses and doctors for 100,000 military soldiers.

Finland notes lockdowns have limited success. “Finland believes that you can infer that containing the disease is rather futile and therefore investments we make in it will only squander. So it's on that basis that we advocate for more emphasis on resources directed to vaccine development for this new strain. Because as far as we can tell this hasn't been solved. And as far as this hasn't been solved people will continue to die on this front.” They agree with the need for International cooperation and note more efficiency is needed.

Portugal eloquently notes, “Lisbon, Madrid, Rome, Zurich, Berlin, Washington, Moscow - our cities are crumbling, our people are dying and we fear our world is close to an end. It doesn't have to be and to do this we need to educate our future children to battle such crises in the future. Portugal supports Serbia's movement for transitioning to online school. We are not the first, but we are certainly not the last, our future will live on through education.”

The USA maintains it is essential to extend financial aid to one another.

Belgium agrees “further vaccine research is crucial, along with measures such as quarantines to reduce the amount of people being infected. Belgium also points out, “We think that because there's not a lot of vaccines for everyone to access, we have to first ensure that everyone gets one before a lot of people have to be vaccinated twice.”

Spain shares that the citizens of Spain must be vaccinated to enter facilities outside of their homes. Measures similar to COVID-19 ones, such as implementing mask mandates, quarantining, and reducing physical contact are being used to control transmission. However, Spain will keep their borders open as they say Spain, “relies heavily on international trade for both imports and exports.” They mean to protect their economy and also keep the Portugal-Spain border open. According to them, it is “very similar to the border situation of the Vatican and Italy.” Otherwise, Spain correspondingly supports Serbia’s movement for an online school system and plans to allocate money towards vaccine research and their military.

Just as the fifth update is released and there is a successful vaccine, an unexpected turn of events occurs. Doctor Albert Einstein appears in the committee room and claims he used “his magical powers to create a vaccine!” Only to be interrupted by Russians appearing with guns to kidnap force him out of the conference room.

Russia has stolen the vaccine and injected poison into it. Albert Einstein has been kidnapped by Russian Mobsters. Tensions are mounting in the midst of this dire situation.

Switzerland speaks up only to say, “Even in the past 200 years Switzerland is neutral, in this case Switzerland will still remain neutral from any military intervention. However, Switzerland is open for any refugees that are wishing to come in.” The Swiss delegation suggests imposing sanctions on Russia to worsen their economy. It seems not even the poisoning of vaccines can get Switzerland to break their neutrality.

Portugal feels global safety must be prioritized and is willing to create vaccines for all. They do not support Russia.

Brazil concurs with sanctions, “…we believe other countries should follow suit in not helping Russia at all.“

Belgium raises an important issue, “ You realize that we need to get our scientists back in order to bring back the Cure. We call on other countries to work together to help the scientists out from the Russian Mobsters. In addition, stop all vaccines worldwide since they're poisonous and implement new ones.” They note that Russia is “not doing anything about it” and call for closing the borders in Russia.

Serbia now has far over twice its original military. It has gone from one of the smallest of 13,000, to 113,000 - after gaining 100,000 troops from Malaysia and possibly Australia. Serbia declares, “We are stationing them outside of Russia in case any sudden movements are made”. Serbia seems to be in danger of becoming a military tyrant.

Singapore pragmatically calls on the other countries due to the “poison in the vaccines” to “start to see all distributions of vaccines withheld and to use the International Alliance of the US European Union and China to create a new vaccine.”

After facing constant criticism, Russia deigns to respond, “The delegation of Russia is aware of whatever this is and we understand your pain and suffering - in fact we endorse it. So you always better start making some arguments for why we should let you live, seeing as though you don't have a cure for this! And you are soon all going to die. Also if you want to threaten nuclear war on me that's fine! I'm pretty sure I have like 5000 or at least 500 nukes or something. We are fine with starting a nuclear war. - That's all I got to say thank you! - no clapping? C'mon man..”

The delegation of France remarks on their current position of where they’re standing stating, they “ .. are one of the richest countries in Europe, so we got the power and the money of getting the vaccine.” They seem to want to support the scientists and yet also get them to do all the work of thinking, “...after we get the doctor back we want to let the scientists that worked on the vaccine continue working. See if they have any removal or any ideas on how to get him back.”

Israel introduces a new standpoint stating they “don't really care if Russia returns the vaccines or not…” and continuing, “will close borders and will probably mandate the vaccines to allow everyone to get vaccines.”

Combating Russia, Portugal states their economic independence but acknowledges fear of nuclear war, “Portugal's not dependent on Russia for any resources but we are very susceptible to nukes and are very close to provoking Russia. So let's focus on vaccines instead of bonding please - because Portugal is not ‘in the mood for getting nuked or being attacked during a virus.”

Ukraine however is ready to drop the bombs, “In Alliance with the US, we wish to nuke Russia! We also invite other countries with nukes such as China, France, and United Kingdom, - India and Israel to join in our like forces of like nuking and stuff - and all countries who wish not to be involved in this, that's totally fine. We won't be nuking you. !All we ask is that you cut off all imports from Russia.”

Argentina stands with Ukraine and also wants the vaccines back, “It is astonishing how the Russian Federation has yet again started another attack and instead of only involving one country it involves us all. The delegation of Argentina proposes that all countries, no matter shape or size, stand with Ukraine to win the Russia-Ukraine war! And to potentially exhaust these resources Russia has been putting in for almost two years now. However, the pandemic is still going on as Russia refuses to return our vaccines! Just let them die! The entire country is being infected and practically all of Europe is literally being swallowed up by this virus - if they refuse to give us this vaccine just let them go die! Then the resources that are currently being exhausted in the war with Ukraine, will give us the upper hand.”

——

The final update occurs conveying that the vaccinations were released and detoxified by Russia. The world managed to gradually regain stability and regeneration after the significant losses. WHO global collaboration and diplomacy (as well as threats of nuclear war) seem to have saved humankind from the spiculumvirus.
